わたくしが一番不満なのは、iPhoneユーザの多くが、日本の携帯電話業界、これまでの機種をバカにしていることだ。なんで？本当にイノベーティブだったら、過去のプロダクトをわざわざ叩く必要ないじゃん。そりゃあ日本は世界で見ればガラパゴスかもしれないけど、そういう市場環境があったわけで、仕方ないじゃん。これまでの携帯電話はなにが駄目だったの？ワンセグを採用したのが駄目だった？iモードが駄目だった？マルチタッチスクリーンを採用しないのが駄目だった？ —

まずは「悪い点を指摘されるとバカにされていると捉えてしまう」のを改善した方が良い。それと「何がダメだったのか？」なんて後ろ向きな犯人捜しをするくらいなら、どうしたら良くなるかを考えたらどうだろうか。そりゃぁ俺なんかは口も良くないのでバカにしてると思われても仕方ないし、本気でバカにしてる奴も大勢いるだろう。でもさ、iPhone買う前どころか、表参道で並びながらでも、W-ZERO3[es]でtwitter使ってP903iXでニコマス観てたような人間が、何でiPhoneを手に入れたら掌を返したのかってことに、もっと真剣に向き合えば良いのにと思うよ。喧嘩じゃなくて議論として。

悪い点を指摘して潰していけば良くなるという性急な態度は生産ラインの「カイゼン」から来ているんじゃないだろうか。どんなヒトからの声なのかを区別出来れば優しくなれるとおもう。
