たとえば小悪魔アゲハみたいないま売れてる雑誌ありますよね、ああいうのは発売日にガーッとと多フェース展開したら、そりゃ売れます。女性誌って種類多いですからね、ふつうのお店はそれやりません。そこをあえてやる。

　ここで重要なのは「うちはそういう陳列のしかたしてる店ですよー」っていうのが、お客さんに周知徹底されるまで続けるってことです。そうすると、面陳列してる雑誌はほぼ今日が発売日の雑誌ってことになりますから、お客さんが雑誌売場を通過するときに「今日なんか発売の雑誌あったっけかなー」って眺めながら歩いてくれる。

　雑誌って売れなくなってるって言われてますし、実際、テレビ雑誌なんて昔にくらべるとずいぶんと売れなくなりましたけど、やりようですから。なんか売上作れるとこないかなーと思ってる関係者の方は、一度ためしてみてください。客層にもよりますが、多フェースが効きやすいのは、一にヤンマガとかあのへんの青年コミック誌、次にウォーカー系の雑誌、あとは女性誌です。
